Our standard meeting for you who are looking to try on or shop jewelry for yourself or someone else. 

45 minutes might seem like a long time, but we promise - since we started with Personal Shopping Appointments in 2016 we have found that 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time for you to see and try on a variety of models, try out your size (or discuss your loved ones potential size), get the answer to your questions and of course - have time to compare and consider your different options!

During a Personal Shopping Appointment, you will meet with an experienced Personal Jewelry Shopper with knowledge about diamonds, coloured gemstones, sizing, engagement and wedding rings.

For you who prefer a meeting from home!

You will recieve a video phone call from a Personal Jewelry Shopper who will give you the full showroom experience from the comfort of your own home. 

You will get to see and try on a variety of models, discuss gemstone sizes and ring bands (or discuss your loved ones potential sizes), get the answer to your questions and of course - have time to compare and consider your different options!

After the meeting, a sizing kit will be sent home to you so you can try on your ring size or bracelet size. 

Jewelry Cleaning & General Service

(15 min, free)
For existing customers

We strongly recommend that you hand in your jewelry to us for a professional wash yearly, and for general service every second year. If you do this, we can guarantee lifetime guarantee of your jewelry piece. Included free of charge with all orders.

Size Adjustment

(15 min, free)
For existing customers

We offer free size adjustment within one (1) week from the day you received your order. We can always adjust the size of your old mumbai jewelry, but after that we charge a cost of 750 SEK.
