Returns Policy

Since all our jewelry is made to order, we do not offer returns for a refund. All Mumbaistockholm jewelry is final sale.

If the size of your jewelry does not fit, please contact us via chat, email or phone for a size adjustment. Please note that size adjustment will incur an extra charge. We also offer size adjustment of your old Mumbaistockholm jewelry. 

If you should somehow be discontent with your product, please email us at online@mumbaistockholm.com within seven (7) days from the day you receive the order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged during transport or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unclaimed packages

If a package has not been claimed within 14 days, mumbaistockholm reserves the right to receive the order in return without refunding. We can of course ship the package again to you for an additional shipping cost.
