Antique-cut diamonds have a very special charm. They often have a warmer colour than the diamonds we see today. Before 1940, when these diamonds were cut, gemstones were cut by hand and they were cut to sparkle most beautifully in the light available at the time - candlelight. This gave them a completely unique charm that cannot be compared to today's perfectly machine-cut diamonds.

About Antique-Cut Diamonds:
All natural diamonds are billions of years old – but if they were cut before 1940, they are called antique-cut diamonds.
Before 1940, when these diamonds were cut, gemstones were cut by hand and they were cut to sparkle most beautifully in the light available at the time - candlelight. This gave them a completely unique charm that cannot be compared to today's perfectly machine-cut diamonds.
Old Mine Cut is the antique cut most similar to today's modern cushion-cut. It is often slightly rectangular.
Uniqueness
Antique-cut diamonds do not have perfect colour, clarity, or cut according to modern standards, and often come in odd carats. So the four C's - Carat, Cut, Clarity & Colour - are not really applicable here. But you get an important 5th C: Charm! We love their warm hue and special sparkle.
An antique.cut diamond is an exceptionally sustainable choice of gemstone. An antique-cut diamond does not lead to any new environmental impact in the mining process or in other parts of the production chain. This contrasts with natural diamonds – as well as the synthetic diamond industry.

About Dome Rings:
No ring model feels as much like a warm hug as a dome ring!
It is a classic ring model that is wider at the top and narrower at the bottom. Because it tapers between the fingers and under the palm, the dome ring becomes wonderfully comfortable, while still being visible and assertive in a very refined way.
Today, the dome ring has become one of our most beloved ring models.
I think the reason why so many people like dome rings is because they are so tactile. It is a wonderful ring to fiddle with when you are happy, sad, nervous, or just concentrating deeply during your next meeting!

Solid gold - the ring is not hollow and therefore has a lovely weight. The robustness of the ring also makes it very durable
The width is adapted to the diamond, but approximately 5 mm wide.
Approx. 0.40 CT Antique Diamond - Old Mine Cut We handpick an antique diamond and if you wish, you can approve it with a picture first
We only use natural, conflict-free diamonds and gemstones. Diamonds rank 10 (highest) on the Mohs hardness scale. They are extremely hard and durable and will withstand daily wear and tear for many years to come.

De flesta fingrar förändras allteftersom vi går genom livet. Vi är stolta över vårt team av förstklassiga hantverkare som kan ändra storlek på i stort sett alla ringar - till och med evighetsringar (alliansringar)! Kom ihåg bara att en storleksändring är ett relativt stort ingrepp, och medför därför en kostnad för guldsmedens arbete.

När ditt smycke är färdigt i vår ateljé går det igenom en noggrann kvalitetskontroll innan vi varsamt packar det i ett fint paket.
Smycket skickas fullt försäkrat till ditt utlämningsställe. Därefter hämtar du själv ut ditt paket tillsammans med din legitimation.

Då alla våra smycken görs i rätt guldfärg, rätt storlek och med unika val av ädelstenar för varje kund, erbjuder vi ingen returrätt.
