Good things to keep in mind before you book:
Will you bring someone with you who also want to try on jewelry?
We have found that 45 minutes is just enough time for one person. You are more than welcome to bring someone with you for advice, but if both of you wish to try on jewelry, we kindly ask you to email us so we can open up an extra long time slot for both of you.
This does not apply if you are a couple wanting to try on engagement or wedding rings – in this case 45 minutes is usually enough!
Booking deposit
We charge a deposit of €35 when you book your appointment. You will then get this deposit back if you choose to shop during your visit. If you do not make a purchase during your visit, the deposit functions as a service fee and is non-refundable.
We kindly ask you to respect this booking deposit.
Cancellation
You can cancel your visit up to 48 hours before. The booking deposit will then be refunded.
