When pearls are this small - which is less common - tying the necklace requires more work. Therefore, this necklace becomes a little extra luxurious!

About Pearls - Care Advice
Pearls are a natural material and belong to the category of gemstones known as organic gemstones. An organic gemstone is created by another living organism - in this case a clam, an oyster or a seashell. 🐚
Pearls are more fragile than gemstones made of minerals (such as diamond, sapphire, tourmaline, aquamarine, emerald, morganite and topaz).
Pearls cannot withstand chemicals, perfumes or other cleaning products.
Therefore, it is great to remember this mantra: "Get ready - then you put on your pearls!"
Never shower with your pearl jewelry, and let the perfume soak into your skin before putting your pearls on.
Pearls can of course withstand water - so feel free to rinse your pearl jewelry with water from time to time to clean them!
And most importanly: wear your pearl jewelry often! It prevents the pearls from drying out, and extends the life of your pearls. A pearl begins to dry out as soon as it is removed from its shell. Unlike the aforementioned mineral gems, pearls have a lifespan. A normal pearl has a lifespan of about 300 years - but this is extended if you wear it and it comes into contact with the skin. Left alone in the jewelry box, the pearls dry out faster
Did you know that pearl necklaces can feel a bit wonky when they are newly thread? The small knots between each pearl will loosen up from the warmth and moist of the skin after you’ve worn it a couple of times.

Made in Sweden from 100% recycled 18K gold and 2,5 mm freshwater pearls.
The necklace is tied with a knot inbetween each pearl. This is important for the pearls not to touch each other.
Size and Fit
The gold chain is 6 cm, which means that each size can be adjusted up and down with 6 cm.
The necklace is designed to be worn as a short necklace or a choker. For standard necklace length, please choose one size up.

Wearing Your Necklace
Necklaces are the pieces of jewelry that, together with earrings, in general are the most protected.
Nonetheless, accidents can happen. But no need to worry! Fine jewelry can almost always be repaired. Please contact us if anything happens to your necklace.

A shorter necklace is usually not a problem to sleep in - although sleeping in your jewelry will wear them out quicker (especially if you have two necklaces that may tangle together and rub against each other). Long necklaces (longer than 45 cm) are recommended to take off when you sleep at night since they risk getting stuck and tear apart more easily.

Kindly allow 4-6 weeks for our goldsmiths and stonesetters to craft your piece in our studio in Sweden.

Delivery - How It Works
When your jewelry piece is finished in our studio, it goes through a thorough quality control before we carefully pack it in a beautiful package.
The jewelry is then shipped to you, fully insured to your delivery point. You then pick up your package together with your ID.

As all our jewelry is made in a specific gold colour, a specific size and with unique choices of gemstones for each customer, we offer no right of return.
If you are hesitating about your new piece of jewelry, always contact us within a week of receiving it. Depending on your piece of jewelry, we will then see what possibilities there are for changes.
